Dex Roleplay CAD

I started developing DEX Roleplay CAD because I wanted a better alternative to Lines Police CAD for GTA Online roleplay communities. My goal was to create a system that was easier to use, more customizable, and better suited for how people actually roleplay.

I enhanced the web-based, hyper realistic dispatch system that allows dispatchers to manage active 911 calls, view officers currently on duty, and assign primary and backup units to incidents. I also worked on creating separate department workspaces and database systems that store civilian information, vehicle registrations, firearm records, police reports, and warrants. One of the major features I worked on was Discord integration, including Discord account authentication and a /911 command that connects emergency calls made through Discord directly to the website.

On the technical side, I developed user interfaces, worked on backend functionality, managed how information is stored and retrieved, and implemented features such as notifications and department management. Beyond programming, I was not able to find many available testers as my friends don't share the same hobbies as me which also makes me responsible for testing new features, troubleshooting issues, improving the overall user experience, and making changes based on (some) feedback from the roleplay community.

Throughout development, I have focused on making the system both functional and easy to navigate, especially for players who need to access information quickly during roleplay situations with the use of AI for medical use to guide users what to with patient care during roleplay.
