Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This is Benjamin's personal developer portfolio, published under the name LceyDex. These terms cover your use of this website. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse projects, follow links and send a genuine message. Don't use the site to send spam, impersonate someone, distribute harmful content, disrupt the service or access private accounts or information without permission. Finding a login page does not give you permission to access the admin area.
Projects, code and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the original writing, designs and project materials on this site belong to their respective creators. Viewing them does not grant a license to copy, redistribute or commercially use them. Code released with a license is governed by that license. Third-party names, logos and assets remain the property of their owners; showing them does not imply endorsement.
Demos and external links
Project demos, repositories, videos and other external pages may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their operators control those services. Please check their rules before signing in, downloading files or sharing information. Unless a project says otherwise, examples are for demonstration and are not a promise of production readiness.
Messages and working together
Sending a message does not create a contract, guarantee a reply or reserve availability. Any paid work, scope, price, delivery dates and ownership terms need a separate agreement. Please don't send passwords, payment details or confidential material through the contact form.
Availability and responsibility
I try to keep the portfolio accurate and working, but content can change and the site may be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and demonstrations are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or takes away rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled when you browse, sign in or send a message.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For a question about these terms, permission to use material or a possible copyright issue, please use the contact page and include the relevant link.
